Hi - I'm Amy, founder of Sand Dollar Baking Co.
After more than 20 years in corporate sales, I found my way back to a life-long passion of creating and sharing food.
From southern buttermilk biscuits to classic chocolate chip cookies, everything I create reflects a piece of who I am and the places I've been.
Each item is handcrafted in small batches using quality ingredients and thoughtful techniques, blending classic comfort with an elevated perspective.
I believe that food is meant to nourish, to comfort and to bring people together. At its core, this business is simple: make great food, use the very best ingredients, and create something truly worth sharing.
